Can you instantly retrieve inspection results, measurement records, and data?
How long will it take to access the inspection records of the shipped lot?
With the document management system "Digital Dolphins," you can manage inspection reports, inspection sheets, and corresponding drawings and inspection standards by linking them together, allowing you to retrieve them based on production numbers, lot numbers, and delivery destinations. This makes it easier to present the necessary records for explanations in response to inquiries after shipment. In addition to full-text search and attribute search by keywords, as well as management of permissions and groups, it also supports integration with existing systems such as production management systems and BOM (this may be available as an option or require individual customization), making it usable as an information infrastructure across the entire company beyond departmental boundaries. By providing operational consulting based on over 25 years of 3S activities, it ensures that the tool does not just remain a standalone solution but becomes easily established in the field.
